Codisa Data Center is part of a group of tech companies called Codisa Group, in Costa Rica. Their first data center was established in 2006 and has since grown into the leading company of data centers in Central America.

 

Codisa was the first TIER III certified data center in Central America, and now operates in three safe buildings and 1872m² for offices, for the continuity of the business.

 

Codisa operates its data center under the strictest standards, becoming the first in Central America to receive the highest certifications in the industry. It’s currently one of the data centers with the largest number of certifications in all of Latin America.

Altius Tech Park is another development by Aristos Real Estate. It’s the first technological park of El Salvador, designed to have a total of 44,000m² of leasable space, divided into 8 buildings. DataTrust will be the cornerstone of Altius.

 

Altius will be LEED certified, an international accreditation that ensures the use of sustainable strategies in all the construction and operation processes of the development.

 

The technological ecosystem that is being constructed in Altius is ideal for BPOs, call centers, software development, and training centers. Once completed, it is expected to generate more than 4,000 direct jobs.
