Altius Tech Park is another development by Aristos Real Estate. It’s the first technological park of El Salvador, designed to have a total of 44,000m² of leasable space, divided into 8 buildings. DataTrust is  the cornerstone of Altius.

Altius will be LEED certified, an international accreditation that ensures the use of sustainable strategies in all the construction and operation processes of the development.

The technological ecosystem that is being constructed in Altius is ideal for BPOs, call centers, software development, and training centers. Once completed, it is expected to generate more than 4,000 direct jobs.
